- Confirming the accuracy of invoices and entering them into our accounting system
- Generating payments to vendors via checks or ACH deposits
- Preparing and mailing tax documents as needed
- Reconciling records with monthly statements from vendors and identifying discrepancies
- Maintaining vendor files and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete
