Senior Bookkeeping Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Receivable Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Receivable Accounting Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for obtaining financial data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing duties such as cash receipts, making deposits, verifying accounts, and recording receipts in an Accounting Software System.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining financial data for use in maintaining accounting records
• Performing duties such as cash receipts, making deposits, verifying accounts, and recording receipts in an Accounting Software System
• Working with multiple companies

Qualifications

• Minimum one year Accounting or Bookkeeping experience
• Experience with computerized accounting system is REQUIRED
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills REQUIRED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must possess initiative to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
