Summary Of Job Duties And Responsibilities
This position is located at our Hopkinsville Regional Campus in Hopkinsville, KY.
Maintain, repair and make improvements to facilities as instructed. Maintaining facilities in good state of repair, quality of work performed, proper care and maintenance of assigned tools and supplies.
Custodial Duties:
This position is located at our Hopkinsville Regional Campus in Hopkinsville, KY.
Maintain, repair and make improvements to facilities as instructed. Maintaining facilities in good state of repair, quality of work performed, proper care and maintenance of assigned tools and supplies.
Custodial Duties:
- Keep the interior of the building clean.
- Sanitize and restock the bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, dusting furniture.
- Keep office spaces and classrooms clean, emptying all receptacles and bags for proper disposal, cleaning windows and doors.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Stocking cleaning supplies.
- Occasional repair to room furnishings such as furniture, ceiling tiles, blinds and bathroom fixtures, light painting and patchwork, and changing light bulbs.
- Room setup and cleanup for events
- Routine maintenance to custodial equipment and supplies.
- Occasional moving and assembling furniture
- Performing snow removal as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
