Duties
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of care and service.
- Supervise staff members, providing training and support to enhance their skills in senior care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to Title 22 and Health and Safety Code
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care, including medication administration and health monitoring.
- Manage budgets effectively while maintaining quality services within financial constraints.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages social interaction and engagement among residents.
- Address resident or family concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records related to resident care and staffing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is essential.
- Background working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's care, or dementia care is highly desirable.
- Strong management skills with experience supervising staff in a healthcare or residential setting.
- Knowledge of operations management within long-term care facilities.
- Financial acumen for budgeting and resource allocation is required.
- Excellent leadership abilities to inspire staff and promote a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in home & community care or group home settings is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- RCFE Certification is preferred or willing to obtain
