Summary:
Responsible for acquiring, retaining, reactivating, and expanding play from the top high-end electronic games and table games guests through personal, professional contact. Also responsible for ensuring the quality of service provided to all guests is in accordance with established marketing strategy. Accountable for the accurate distribution of all promotional assets and strict adherence to the rules, regulations and policy and procedure that govern said promotions. Responsible for the management of assigned client list.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the performance of a specific client list made up of valued casino guests.
2. Uses independent judgment, decision-making and management skills to manage point adjustment and decision-making tied to guest satisfaction and incentives within a Host’s specific list of clients.
3. Management of Tracking and Projection of casino and guest’s spending habits to increase guest’s participation and increase of yearly spending along with Management of specific clients assigned.
4. Tracking and forecasting analysis and management of customer’s value to MNGE.
5. Develops and manages the relationships with VIP casino guests to insure and increase incremental visits.
6. Provides individual business plans of action for a Host’s specific list of clients; designs a 180-day calendar of events tied to individual needs of a Host’s client base.
7. Meets weekly outreach goals and increases theoretical revenues of client list.
8. Represents MNGE at special events and manages specific guest’s actions with the understanding that clients can and will be banned if they do not represent the property in a professional manner.
9. Management of budget along with specific events tied to each Executive Host’s list of clients.
10. Gains a social/economic understanding of a specific Casino Guest and the guest’s expectations from a Host program.
11. Designs, creates and oversees off-property and on-property events with all responsibilities tied to specific events and insuring projected coin in and ROI goals are met.
