Responsibilities
Program Leadership:
- Develop, oversee, and scale national programs that engage Jewish students, ensuring alignment with COCI's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with and foster relationships with Chabad House Directors to assess campus needs and adapt programming to enhance student engagement
Strategic Planning:
- Identify trends and opportunities to strengthen the programs to deliver to campus.
- Contribute to long-term planning to expand the impact and sustainability of programs.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Community Building:
- Serve as a central resource for Chabad House Directors, offering guidance and support for programming and recruitment to join programs.
Marketing:
- Develop a strategy alongside the marketing department to effectively recruit, engage, or promote programs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to reach and engage the target audience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 -8 years of experience in program development, team management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in creating and scaling programs, particularly in educational or nonprofit settings.
- Strong understanding of Jewish life, heritage, and values, with a passion for engaging Jewish students.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
