Position Responsibilities:
- All Front Desk Agent responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests
- Perform quality assurance requirements for department
- Communicate pertinent shift information in the digital logbook and records system
- Pass on pertinent information to the next shift: Group information, current selling strategy, guest follow-ups
- Schedule wake-up calls
- Receive and transmit messages
- Clean and maintain work area
- Ensure delivery of requested amenities to guest rooms (towels, pillows, etc.)
- Document all maintenance related requests in Maintenance Request Log/ Work Order Book
- Key control
- Complete shift checklist responsibilities
- Close and balance shift
- All Reservation Agent responsibilities
- Use sales techniques to encourage callers to make room reservations
- Make and confirm reservations
- Perform administrative functions for guests (faxing, copying, mailing, etc.)
- Complete a review of the transactions for the day and report all errors
- Compile and organize all materials for the next shift
