We are hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our corporate Accounting team.

- As the Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator, you are responsible for all aspects of Mustang Cat's weekly accounts payable check run.
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Vendor invoice payments
- Assure proper coding and approval for each invoice
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Process employee expense reimbursements
- Set up new vendors and request W-9s
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Position requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong computer skills, with an emphasis on Excel experience
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- College courses related to business or accounting
- SAP Concur (1 - 2 years)
- AVIDXchange (1 - 2 years)
- ApplicationXtender (1 - 2 years)
- Unit4 Financials (1 - 2 years)
