Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Charlotte, NC office.
Primary responsibilities: Document review and management, discovery support, conduct legal research, assist with drafting correspondences, file organization, filing of legal documents, support for deposition, trial and hearing preparation.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor degree and either a paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studies, with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in the Litigation practice area particularly with large and complex cases. Candidates must have the ability to organize and control related documents, be highly proficient with computer technology and have excellent client service skills. The incumbent may need to work more than the standard 37.5 hours per week to accomplish essential duties of the position.
