Lead Java Developer

1. Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer

More than Fifteen (15) years of experience implementing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve
project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development using J2EE, Spring boot, Java, C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, or similar modern Object Oriented programming language, Web Services, Database, or Web Application Development

More than Ten (10) years of experience in analyzing and debugging SQL queries, stored procedures (eg. PL/SQL code), and working with data in relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL etc

Desirable Qualifications:

1. More than five (5) years of experience in implementing web applications using scripting languages Java Script\TypeScriptframeworksin jQuery,Angular JS, React JS, orNode JS

2.
More than five (5) years of experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDEs.

More than five (5) years of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8.

4.
More than five (5) years of experience in developing responsive web applications with DevSecOps tools and processes (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube), including experience with Continuous Integration and
Continuous Delivery techniques

5. More than three (3) years of domain knowledge and experience in health and human services, especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc.

6. More than five (5) years of experience performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using Oracle

7.
More than five (5) years of experience performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using SQL Server

8. Experience with Test Driven Development and automated testing/unit testing frameworks

9. Experience working with NYS, NYC, or other government entities.

10. Certifications in AWS, GRC, or Azure
