What You’ll Do:
- Ensure customer focused equipment support while maintaining a high level of compliance.
- Act as a point of contact for client customer base within site laboratories and external contractors arriving
- at site to repair/maintain scientific equipment.
- Support all service administration tasks in collaboration with client metrology team.
- Partner with the client metrology team to support management with the calibration and send away of
- devices, document controls and verifications.
- Manage and improve the service logging process and asset database.
- Track the performance of the scientific equipment and systems using Key Performance Indicators to
- instigate improvements and influence changes.
- Maintain CMMS systems to keep accurate records of all equipment related faults to support data related
- initiatives.
- Attend client meetings to review on-going performance areas for continual improvement.
- Work with the planning or engineering teams to escalate calls for remediation, ensuring that the
- requestor is informed and updated at all stages of the process.
- Help ensure that all relevant QHSE processes about contractor management are met, and the site remains
- audit ready.
- Ensure all compliant documentation like engineering service reports are stored and filed according to GxP
- and GDP practices.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise
- discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience, HNC/HND in relevant engineering and/or science discipline equivalent preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to work in regulated environment and remain compliant for HSE and quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
