Commercial Financial Analyst

Team overview and job responsibilities We are looking for a Commercial Financial Accountant Analyst to join our Finance team. Based in Nogales-Mexico; the candidate will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis of a company, allowing the organization to make well-informed commercial decisions. Determine the best use of resources to achieve business objectives and produce regular reports using financial data, and work collaboratively across the entire finance team to analyze business performance and strategy. Job responsibilities Cost profitability analysis for current and new programs. Monthly raw material price review and contribution margin impact. Tooling reimbursement planning and tracking. DTC (Design to Cost) & VBM (Value Based Management) project tracking and validation. Standard cost release and follow up in HFA & SAP for new program. New products current cost review and maintenance in HFA & SAP. Provide different cost and profitability scenarios for decision making. Ability to processes high volume & complex data. Business partner with Engineering & Commercial department for VSM (value stream mapping) & CRP(cost reduction projects). Transfer prices calculation. Preparation of monthly results analysis for commercial management Measuring financial results compared to business plan to analyze variances Constantly strive for continuous improvement of processes (CIP) within the area of responsibilities. Perform other essential and related duties as may be assigned. Participate in Safety, and other EHS activities and programs. Who are we looking for? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Administration / Business. Experience of 2-4 years. Intermediate/Advanced English skills Reporting (Microsoft basic tools, proficient in Excel, Business Objects & others) Experience with SAP is a big plus. Experience in Finance and/or accounting in manufacturing environment. Costing techniques, financial systems, manufacturing process, inventory controls, Usage of MRP/ERP systems. Ability to follow up, to work under pressure in a complex organization.
