Position Overview:
As an RN/LPN, you will provide and document skilled nursing care under RN supervision, following individualized care plans and physician orders, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality patient care in line with physician orders
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Document assessments, actions, and responses accurately
- Participate in developing and updating care plans
- Provide patient/family education
- Follow infection control and OSHA standards
- Meet competency and continuing education requirements
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN/LPN license in Washington.
- CPR certification (hands-on) – support provided post-hire if needed
- TB test within the past 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- New grads must enroll in the California Flex Program
- Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and nursing protocols
