We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Office Coordinator to join our dental office in Allentown, PA .

Practice Location : SmileKrafters - 1247 S Cedar Crest Blvd SUITE 300, Allentown, PA 18103

Prior dental office experience is required.

Schedule : Mon to Fri (9am-5pm)

Responsibilities :

• Appointment scheduling and answering phone calls - ensuring that doctor's schedule is appropriately filled.
• Tracking pre-auths and bring patients back in for appointments once their pre-auths are approved.
• Greet and welcome patients in the office, check-in, collecting payments, checkout.
• Explaining treatment plans, financing options and providing patients with accurate estimates. Familiarity with ADA codes is necessary.
• Coordinate referrals with specialists
• Maintain day to day office communications
• Other duties as assigned
