We are a home for adults with disabilities and we are seeking a weekend, part time housekeep. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the home. In addition to these general responsibilities, a Housekeeper is also responsible for ensuring that all safety standards are met. Housekeepers are expected to report any necessary repairs and to follow-up immediately when maintenance requests are made. Some cooking is also required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Dust and vacuum surfaces.
- Dust and vacuum furniture.
- Clean countertops using appropriate cleaning agent.
- Clean lighting fixtures using appropriate cleaning agent.
- Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures using appropriate cleaning agent.
- Wipe down bathroom counters using appropriate cleaning agent.
- Empty recycle bins.
- Empty trash cans.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
