Up to $28.00 per hour or more including base hourly rate and commissions

As a My Wireless Retail Sales Representative, your day-to-day will include engaging with My Wireless customers, educating them on available AT&T products and services, and guiding your customers through the buying process. As you learn and succeed, you'll be eligible for new opportunities and financial rewards. Every day, you'll work in an energetic environment with customers and colleagues who appreciate your dedication and commitment. As a My Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will be expected to:

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service
• Training and developing your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Sales Representative, which leads to opportunities on our management team
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members

My Wireless requires the following Qualifications to be considered for the role of a My Wireless Retail Sales Representative:

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
