Operations Quality Manager

Description:

• Examine the proper delivery for refrigerator/microwave combination appliances and other items.
• Travel to campuses and storage facilities in the DC/Baltimore area
• Work effectively with other MyFridgeRental staff and college staff to efficiently check the installation process completed by the MyFridgeRental Staff.
• Inspect the installed appliance to ensure they are undamaged, clean & have all parts.
• Maintain accurate records in google sheets while on site.
• Report a problem to the Operations Manager

• Collaborate on specific components/logistics of operations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize items
• Flexible schedule depending on operational needs
• Document and communicate metrics and daily recaps
• Respect for staff, vehicles, supplies, inventory

Requirements:

• Working, fully charged smart phone every day
• Transportation to Beltsville each day
• Ability to work from 7a-4p
• Technical ability to use and access Google Apps (sheets, docs, maps, etc)
• Valid drivers license

Compensation:

• Most jobs completed will be paid $20-$30 an hour.

Contract Length:

• 5 - 6 months
