The Base Building ELM Project Manager supports the construction phases, building equipment installation, working with data to find root causes and generate improvements on further launches and retrofits across Europe. Key job responsibilities
- Manage projects and initiatives, provide progress reports and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for significant milestones and mitigate conditions affecting project cost or schedule
- Lead installation and operation quality inspections and equipment commissioning for base building equipment drive continuous improvement.
- Lead RME input for development of Building templates specification and site specific composites
- Lead continuous improvement for all new buildings including cross functional collaboration with design and construction, change management and procurement.
- Support construction and launch execution teams leveraging discussions with vendors and other departments representatives.
- Integrate RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) policies and deliverables into the launch plans and provide guidance and direction to other departments to cascade this into the designs, contract and commissioning phases.
- Capture lessons-learned and develop/execute action plans to improve quality or efficiency of new facility launches
- Specify and coordinate standards and deliverables for new equipment being turned over to RME.
- Understand the anticipated life cycle cost based on initial design and planned design improvements

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level
- Experience working with and managing third party vendors
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
