What We're Looking For

We're searching for a developer who brings:

• Proven experience in optimized web-based software application development.
• Enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development within a product-focused company or software agency.
• Solid expertise in
• PHP
• Golang
• Python
• (Laravel framework) and associated tooling.
• Strong understanding of the Elasticsearch stack.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL.
• Familiarity with message queues
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, or at least one other front-end framework (e.g., Vue.js, Angular).
• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining robust, scalable applications.
  

Bonus Points For

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• A product-first mindset and the ability to take initiative.
• Strong skills in writing and maintaining automated tests (PHP and JavaScript).
• In-depth understanding of
• HTTP and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with performance monitoring and debugging applications.
• Knowledge of integrating external services through APIs and SDKs.
• Proficiency in version control (Git) and Git workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS services (e.g., S3, OpenSearch).
• Familiarity with Azure environments and Azure DevOps
• Experience conducting code reviews, leading technical discussions, and creating detailed documentation
  
  

Stout is required by applicable state and local laws to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The range for this role considers several factors including but not limited to prior work and industry experience, education level, and unique skills. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
