About The Job
The Head of Social Security Administration will oversee all aspects of the Social Security Administration revenue growth and retention strategies by promoting and selling a diverse portfolio of technical and non-technical products, services, and solutions directly to both existing and prospective end customers within SSA.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Promoting and selling a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.
- Informing customers of new product/service introductions and prices.
- Creating, monitoring and revising lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. Is accountable for the performance and results of related departments.
- Executing functional business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy.
- Creating a comprehensive strategic account growth plan to align LexisNexis Risk Solutions capabilities to agency needs and priorities, setting strategy, developing go-to-market plans and executing those plans.
- Leveraging their expertise to inform product development requirements to compete and win market share, and coordinate internal resources across sales, product, marketing, and government affairs teams as appropriate.
- Collaborating closely with all cross-functional internal departments, sales leadership and sales executives to implement these strategies and, over time, serve as the Subject Matter Expert and thought leader for LNRS as Head of Social Security Administration, engaging with agency leadership, industry partners, federal clients, and associations to strengthen LNRS's reputation as a trusted partner to grow market share at SSA.
- Have Bachelor's in Business or equivalent work experience.
- Strategic thinker with an ability to align company capabilities to evolving customer missions.
- Must be persuasive internally and externally to sell the vision to achieve short term, medium- and long-term growth objectives.
- Possess a strong understanding of agency priorities with the ability to create, cast and implement the vision of how LNRS Solutions align with the agency priorities, how to advise the budgetary process and close new sales.
- Thought leadership experience across the federal landscape, with industry service providers and vendors preferred.
