We are seeking a detail-oriented, entry level Analyst to join our team, supporting the multiple segments within the organization. The ideal candidate will excel in reporting and analysis, compensation design, goaling, and territory design, while also demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities
- Support key metrics tracking for the sales & receivables organization
- Provide product level and usage reporting
- Assess ongoing process, workflow & systems for opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales, operations and product teams to continually improve processes & procedures to improve efficiency
- Develop & maintain relationships with enabling functions (Finance, Operations, VC, IT, HR) to facilitate effective collaboration & execution of organizational objectives
- Document relevant operations process workflow
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Great interpersonal & communication skills
- Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM applications
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Demonstrates ability to work unsupervised & manage time & multiple priorities effectively
- PMP Certification is a plus
