US: Hiring Range in USD from $30.29 to $60.63 per hour; from: $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead onsite efforts to support clinicians in the adoption and optimization of Oracle Health solutions.
- Drive workflow design sessions, assist with solution configuration, and support process improvements aligned with clinical and business objectives.
- Apply clinical domain expertise (healthcare, informatics, clinical operations) to bridge functional gaps and deliver innovative, value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support change management, training, and hands-on solution adoption.
- Conduct data analysis and apply statistical, clinical, and research methodologies to solve complex healthcare challenges.
- Support the development of new product offerings and enhancements based on client needs and industry best practices.
- Provide subject matter expertise in healthcare strategy, operational processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate data, develop reports and studies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of client outcomes and internal methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Informatics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT, clinical consulting, or clinical informatics.
- Strong understanding of acute care workflows, healthcare operations, and current regulatory standards.
- Proven experience supporting clinical software implementations (Oracle Health/Cerner experience preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, influence stakeholders, and manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in data interpretation and familiar with research and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite in a hospital setting as required.
