The Wholesale Intern will play a supportive role in our wholesale department, assisting with various tasks related to sales operations, client communication, and market analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to learn about the wholesale sales cycle, build industry connections, and contribute to the growth of a fashion brand

Responsibilities:

• Assist the wholesale team with inventory management, order processing, including data entry and order tracking.
• Coordinate processing of RTVS, Reorders and Damages
• Help track customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage items set up for wholesale accounts including data templates and asset requests.
• Assist in preparing sales materials for appointments, trade shows, and presentations (e.g., line sheets, lookbooks, samples).
• Organize and maintain the showroom and sample inventory.
• Help with setting up and breaking down for market appointments.
• Assist in preparing and shipping samples to wholesale accounts.
• Conduct research on current market trends, competitor activities, and potential new retail accounts.
• Assist in maintaining client databases and contact information.
• Support special projects as needed by the wholesale team.
  
  

Requirements:

• Working towards a bachelor's degree, preferably in fashion merchandising, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the fashion industry, particularly in accessories, and wholesale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with NetSuite, Shopify is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous internship experience in fashion or sales is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to commit to 15-25 hours/ week

$16—$20 USD
