We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing I to join our Structured Debt Client Platform team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL (Northern Orlando) – and will work a Hybrid schedule.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Manages complex external client issues (ongoing client servicing for various projects and product implementations.
• Communicate needs and issue with internal and external clients
• Allocate/Coordinate work within a team/project
• Manager resources who conduct User Acceptance Testing
• Lead and manage daily operations to achieve organizational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success.
• Maintain quality assurance across all operational activities.
• Contributes to the achievement of platform team objectives.
• Provides technical assistance and support to lower-level client processing roles.
• Supervise and mentor department leads and team members.
• Foster a supportive and motivated work environment.
• Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for operational staff.
• Operations Managers are required to make informed, data-driven decisions to benefit the organization and its stakeholders.
  
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
• Excellent writing, listening and communication skills
• Should be able to work independently and exercise sound critical thinking judgement
• Ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
