The Enhanced Outpatient Services (EOS) Program is seeking counselors/clinicians to provide comprehensive home- and community-based treatment for families, children, and adolescents.
Therapist Overview:
- Caseload: Manage (5-8) families with a flexible schedule, including early mornings and evenings
- Work Hours: Work 40 hours per week, with the potential for additional pay for hours beyond direct care expectation
- Supervision: Access individual and group clinical supervision to support master's degree and licensure
- Team Role: Contribute as a key member of our treatment team, working closely with medication providers for comprehensive family support

- We welcome candidates who have not yet completed their master’s degree. Ideal applicants will have an MA or MS in Social Work, Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field, or be currently enrolled in such a program.
Starting Salary:
Master's Level Clinician $55,000.00 /per year
Bilingual Master's Clinician $57,000.00 /per year
Clinicians in a Graduate Program $47,000/per year
Bilingual Clinicians in a Graduate Program $49,000/ per year
