We're looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-performing TA team and play a key role in scaling both our IT and non-IT teams — including operations, delivery, and functional roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs across technical and functional teams
- Own end-to-end recruitment for IT, operations, delivery, and functional roles
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and niche platforms
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates for role alignment and culture fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely and clear communication throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate on offer negotiation and manage onboarding with HR
- Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Keep up with market trends and hiring best practices
- Contribute to recruitment marketing and employer branding through content and campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience across IT and non-IT roles
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, etc.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to juggle multiple open roles while maintaining attention to detail and candidate car
