Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Commercial Real Estate Advisor located in Islandia, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. The Commercial Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales, analyzing properties, and negotiating leases on behalf of property owners as well as tenants.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, and commercial real estate
- Knowledge of real property and real estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Real Estate license is required
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
