Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing (With Active Clients)
Location: Cranbury, NJ | Full-Time
Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager (BDM) with an active client base in the US IT staffing industry. If you’re ready to hit the ground running and bring in immediate business, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
- Bring in job orders and staffing contracts from your existing client network.
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver quality candidates.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client onboarding, and account management.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms to close deals efficiently.
- Provide weekly updates on client activity, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of successful BDM experience in US IT staffing.
- Must have active clients with open requirements.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and US hiring models.
- Confident communicator with solid negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results from Day 1.
- Comfortable with CRMs, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Dice, and other sourcing tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with MSP/VMS environments.
- Familiarity with tech niche areas like cloud, cybersecurity, AI, or healthcare IT.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team.
