We are looking for a in-house full-time video editor who is passionate, creative, and highly organized to join our team. This is an in-office role at our office in the Heights.

Requirements
- 2 years of successfully editing video content with high production value
- Strong edit skills with expert understanding of Final Cut Pro and Adobe Suite
- Knowledge of proper color grading from RAW log footage
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of real estate
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver on time
- Effective communicator and researcher
- Working well under pressure
- Strategic planning
- Time management
- Motion graphics experience a plus
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Edit compelling visual stories through video
- Collect footage taken in the field and edit in-house
- Archive and label footage properly after final edits are completed
- Coordinate with videographer for shot selection and planning of videos
- Understand short-form & vertical video content well, including shooting and editing Reels & TikToks
- Work on a variety of projects from interview-focused videos to property showcases
- Understand rhythm and pacing
- Manage the organization of project assets throughout the editorial process
- Deliver content based on project specs and needs
- Deliver rough edits and final cuts to stakeholders as needed
- Execute edit notes and feedback from supervisors and management independently and without supervision
- Edit videos in a timely manner while meeting all creative requests to meet deadlines
- Assist video team to edit footage and deliver completed edits per project requirements as needed
