What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Nana Dee’s Diner?
Our diner is now looking for Servers!
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to guests and co-workers
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning windows and mirrors
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Assist with opening and closing the restaurant as directed by the manager
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
Required Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant service a plus!
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting & carrying & repetitive hand movements (e.g., washing dishes)
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
