Duties

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
• Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention.
• Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople when necessary to complete projects efficiently.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in construction and repair work.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
