RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and contact leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license preferred
- Life & Health license preferred
- Hourly (range) stated, plus commission
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
