Nani Swimwear is seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Wholesale Account Manager to support our wholesale account management team. In this role, you will assist in managing our wholesale accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Support: Assist in managing a portfolio of wholesale accounts, ensuring all client needs are met and relationships are maintained through effective communication, problem-solving, and timely conflict resolution. Sales Support: Support the sales team in identifying opportunities for sales and revenue growth within wholesale accounts, helping to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all client inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Reporting Assistance: Assist in preparing regular reports on account status and sales results, providing valuable insights to the account management team and senior management.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our swimwear and activewear products, and educate clients on the benefits and features of our product offerings.
- Online platforms: Shopify, ShipHero, SPS Commerce, NuOrder and Faire online platforms will be used regularly to manage orders, follow up on shipments, and confirm communications with wholesale accounts.

- Communication Skills: The candidate should possess superior written and verbal communication skills. This includes the capacity to foster robust relationships with both clients and internal teams, demonstrating a knack for clear and effective communication.
- Sales Skills: The role requires some experience in sales, particularly in aiding a sales team to meet or even surpass their targets. The candidate should be comfortable in a sales environment and have a proven track record of supporting sales initiatives.
