What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver/Counter Trainee Full Time position at Napa Auto Parts?
NAPA Auto Parts in Old Town is looking for an engaged and enthusiastic individual who will be cross-trained to assist our insides sales department along with delivering parts to our customers. We provide the highest level of customer service and excellence to our customers and we are looking for someone that will help us meet that high standard.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Providing timely and correct parts deliveries to our customers
- Maintaining professional attitude, conduct and appearance
- Maintaining the delivery vehicle to include cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle
- Train on the NAPA point of sale system to wait on customers
- Assist sales staff in answering telephone calls
- Establish a relationship with our customers while exhibiting polite, professional and courteous interaction
- Assist in other store duties as assigned by the manager
Required skills include:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years, with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include some weekends, evenings and holidays
- Must enjoy working with people in a fast paced and exciting environment
- Auto parts knowledge or knowledge of mechanics is a plus
