Job Description
As a CRNA with NAPA, you will work closely with our Medical Directors, build relationships with the nursing staff and surgeons. You will be valued, respected, and able to practice the full scope of your education and training in a Magnet Nursing facility with awards including:

Case assignments include ENT, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastics, podiatry, spine, urology, and dental. Opportunity to provide regional and peds care is available with experience.
Shift and Schedule
Day shifts are available on a non-call taking basis from 7:00 AM-5:00 PM or 7:00 AM-3:00 PM. Rotational schedule options include Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (x2 per month), Tuesday-Friday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (x2 per month). Credentials will be obtained at both ASCs and rotations will occur between locations.
Requirements and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining/verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, monitoring of the patient's physiological condition, and performance of clinical intervention as needed.
Requirements include a current license as a registered professional nurse, graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education, and certification/recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
Salary : $180,000 - $250,000
