A day in the life...
As a F&B Purchasing Agent, you're empowered to establish operating procedures and ensure that all departments have adequate supplies to perform operational duties in an efficient manner. Ensure compliance with policy and procedures, and oversees and directs all purchasing, receiving & food & beverage storeroom with staff. Monitor vendors for quality, service, and price through standard purchasing specifications.

2.Excellent personal communication skills
3.Demonstrated ability to support teams of people and meet deadlines.
4. Detail oriented, able to handle several tasks simultaneously
5. Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
6. Minimum Entry level computer skills, with an emphasis on outlook, Excel, and Food& Beverage software a plus
7. Adhere to NHHR/NVWT policies, practices, and procedures.
