NAPCO Media (www.napco.com), a subsidiary of PRINTING United Alliance (https://www.printing.org/), is a fast-paced B2B media organization serving the printing, retail, and nonprofit industries.  We specialize in the creation and cross-channel distribution of exceptional content on print and digital platforms such as newsletters, magazines, podcasts, social media, and events. Our mission is to build community between the audiences and clients we serve. 

 

The Audience Development team is seeking a Digital Content & Growth Marketing Specialist to drive engagement, awareness, and audience expansion across organic digital channels. This role merges creativity, data-driven strategy, and innovative tools to create compelling, audience-first content, optimize SEO, and leverage performance insights for growth. The ideal candidate is a digital storyteller with a strategic mindset who thrives on experimentation and embraces emerging technologies like AI to maximize efficiency and impact. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Develop and execute cross-platform content strategies for multiple brands, focusing on organic social, SEO, and engagement. 
  • Manage social content and campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms; test innovative content formats (video, interactive, AI-driven). 
  • Collaborate with editorial, design, paid media, and martech teams to ensure cohesive messaging and audience targeting across campaigns. 
  • Lead SEO strategy: conduct keyword research, monitor performance, and implement optimization improvements for discoverability. 
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Parse.ly, SEMrush, and social tools; provide actionable insights to inform content strategies. 
  • Introduce automation and AI tools to streamline workflows and accelerate content creation and deployment. 
  • Own monthly KPI reporting (engagement, growth, conversions) and recommend strategic pivots. 
  • Maintain and evolve consistent brand voice across multiple channels, tailoring messaging to audience segments. 
  • Stay ahead of trends in content marketing, social algorithms, and audience behaviors to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage. 


Qualifications & Skills: 

 

  • 3 years in content marketing, digital engagement, or audience growth. 
  • Strong knowledge of social media and SEO strategy; experience with multi-brand execution. 
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Parse.ly) and martech tools; bonus for experience with automation and AI content workflows. 
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for brand tone and audience engagement. 
  • Working knowledge of visual creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new strategies and technologies for audience growth.
