What are the responsibilities and job description for the Player Assistant position at Naperville Park District?
The Player Assistant is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day outside operations of the golf course and practice facility.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record group starting time and monitor safety of golf patrons. Record cart number if applicable.
- Verify payment of appropriate fees.
- Inform groups of policies.
- Maintain cleanliness of water coolers, washrooms, and overall course.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to ambulate though the grounds of an 18-hole golf course.
- Ability to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing 30 lbs on a daily basis. Lifting assistance is required when lifting > 30 lbs.
