Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Educate customers on the benefits of our natural products.
- Provide personalized product recommendations.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Participate in community outreach and events to promote our brand.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive approach.
- Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for natural beauty and wellness products.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is required.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- You must be a minimum of 18 years old.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
