Auto Lot Coordinator
Plays a vital role in managing each repossessed vehicle and coordinating the handling of property for our clients, debtors, and transport companies.
The Yard attendant position plays a powerful part is coordinating among the various departments in the company.
Here is a brief outline of the job responsibilities you will have.
1. Removing and logging all personal property items from the repossessed vehicles
2. Performing a condition report and taking detailed photos on all vehicles that are repossessed
3. Releasing a high volume of vehicles to customers and transport companies
4. Maintaining yard cleanliness and safety in a warehouse
5. Communicating with difficult customers in a calm and professional manner
In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma with a continuous record of learning
WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Proven ability and experience working in an outside environment at least 50% of the time without direct supervision
2. Reliable, good work ethic, high integrity, and drug free
3. Clean, presentable appearance
4. Able to reasonable communicate with customers, employees, and vendors.
5. Meet the attendance schedule as agreed upon with your supervisor. Minimum of 19 years of age
6. Be able to lift 30 lbs. to your waist
7. Warehouse experience is a plus
This is a guaranteed 20 hour a week position paid but you will likely work less
