NASCAR SpeedPark: PARC Pigeon Forge, LLC, a division of PARC Entertainment, LLC (“PARC”), owns and operates the NASCAR SpeedPark in Sevierville, Tennessee. As an officially licensed attraction of the National Association for Stock Car Racing (“NASCAR”), the park offers exciting side-by-side go-kart racing on eight tracks, together with amusement rides, miniature golf courses, bumper boats, an arcade and other family-oriented entertainment. What will you be doing? You will assist guests at the redemption counter and celebrate their game earnings. You will also assist with a variety of arcade experiences and attractions
including mini-bowling and VR. You will monitor and maintain the equipment, prizes and keep
the area clean and safe.
Job Purpose: Provide excellent service to guests in the arcade areas. Assist guests with prize redemption, using the card system, arcade games, experiences and rides. Monitor and maintain equipment, prizes and keep the area clean and safe. Help guests with game experiences and manage funds appropriately.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate “People-First”:

- Respond to minor guests concerns in an effective manner looking for win-win solutions whenever possible; report to Department Management and/or MOD all serious guest situations, including any guest who is requesting a refund, angry/yelling/threatening, or alleging safety issues or improper conduct by a team member or guest.
- Promote a Harassment-free workplace by minimizing gossip, treating all team members with respect and reporting inappropriate behavior or conversations that could be considered harassment or discriminatory.
- Assist guests in their arcade and redemption selections.
- Assist with merchandise, groups and redemption counter as needed.
- Answer questions and offer suggestions to assist guests.
- Explain requirements in a respectful, positive and proactive manner.
- Share special offers with guests to provide best options.
Demonstrate “Always Safe”:
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station.
- Operate Arcade area rides and experiences following all guidelines, regulations and safety procedures.
- Follow all safety and cleanliness standards and procedures.
- Follow safe money-handling processes.
- Use proper radio etiquette.
- Report any unsafe or suspicious behavior in a timely manner.
Demonstrate “Remember It’s Fun”:
- Acknowledge birthdays and special occasions for guests.
- Be enthusiastic and promote a friendly and fun atmosphere for our team members and guests.
- Promote a mutually supportive, unified, “we are all on the same team” relationship with team members in all department and divisions.
Demonstrate “Commit to Excellence”:
- Maintain Arcade Stock at redemption counter, displays and in games.
- Complete daily inventories.
- Assist guests with ticket redemption for prizes.
- Maintain a clean stock room and keep arcade organized and neat.
- Prepare for busy times by cleaning and restocking during slower periods.
- Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure the Arcade areas are in top condition for guests.
- Ensure professional development to enhance work knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, standards, guidelines, expectations and requirements.
- Ensure completion of work responsibilities and special projects in accordance with the designated timeframe, as determined by the reporting leader.
- Provide reporting leader with feedback, ideas and suggestions on a timely basis.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule on the needs of the business.
- Whatever supervisor deems necessary for park operations.
