We are looking for a Biologics Coordinator for our practice. Candidates must possess great time management and organizational skills, be motivated, committed, and dependable team players who are able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Summary of Responsibilities:
- Perform and handle all Prior Authorizations in house for biologic medications
- Complete and submit Patient Assistance Program applications
- Utilize our clinic’s tracker and monitor daily (PA status, medication due/shipped, lab tracking, injection training)
- Frequent communication with clinical staff regarding biologic patients’ needs and care coordination
- Maintains patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA protocols
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Dermatology experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience with prior authorizations preferred.
