There is a $5,000 sign on bonus for full time Patient Care Technician and a $2,500 sign on bonus for part time Patient Care Technician
PATIENT CARE TECHNICIAN
Description: The PCT provides basic nursing care to patients, transports patients within the hospital and monitors a safe and clean environment. The PCT provides clerical support, including order entry as the patient care and patient flow requires.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification within six (6) months of hire, three (3) months for ECC and Float Pool positions.
- One (1) year experience as an ECC or SCU nurse assistant, Maternity nurse assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
- Prefer Emergency Department experience, Critical Care experience, EMT experience, medical office assistant training.
Status: Emergency Department 6:45pm – 7:15am (36 hours), Emergency Department 6:45am – 7:15pm (24 hours), Critical Care Unit 6:45am – 7:15pm (36 hours), Critical Care Unit 6:45pm – 7:15am (36 hours)
