We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. This is a excellent paying position with great opportunities.
Responsibilities:
*Report to Supervisor
*Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
*Perform routine preventive maintenance
Qualifications:
*Must be EPA certified
*Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.
*Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
*Ability to handle physical workload
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $27.53 per hour
