- Hourly qualified rate $23.00 per hour

- 3 ½ day Work Week with a 4 week work day rotation
Quality Assurance Auditor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Input attributes and monitor quality
- Communicate with Production pertaining to quality issues
- Obtain daily samples
- Encourage a safe work environment including wearing appropriate PPE
- Provide coverage when needed
- Willing and able to be cross trained in all areas of Quality Assurance duties
- All other tasks as assigned by Quality Assurance Supervisor
This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.
Cualificaciones:
Qualified Candidates for the Night Shift Quality Auditor position should have the following skills:
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery. This is normally acquired through two to five years of manufacturing experience in a tannery or a previous Quality Assurance position
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
- Availability to work all shifts, flexible hours, flexible days/evenings to include weekends and holidays
- Conceptual/Analytical thinking; attention to detail, problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and self-starter; Eager and energetic
- Maintain confidentiality
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of various quality aspects
- Able to lift hides up to 100#
- Willingness to work and be on-time when scheduled; Exemplary attendance record with previous employer
