Responsibilities
Desktop Administrator Position Summary:
- Front-line resource responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the Windows Desktops, Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and Network infrastructure.
- Excellent opportunity for self-starter to learn and implement new technologies.
- Other duties as assigned
Environment:
- Windows Server
- Windows Desktop
- Microsoft Office/Exchange 365
This is an on-site position.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates for the Desktop Administrator Position should possess the following:
- Working knowledge with Windows Desktop, Active Directory
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff
- Desire to learn and implement new technologies.
- 24/7 availability required
- Limited travel
Must Have:
- High School Education, College a plus
- Good work ethics and ability to work independently
- Strong working knowledge with Windows Desktop, Active Directory
- Experience with Desktop Hardware Troubleshooting/Upgrading
Nice to Have:
- VMware experience
- Windows Server
- Exchange
- Cisco IOS
