Reporting to the Director, Business Development Operations, the Business Development Coordinator – Permissions & Flash Cards/Pocket Guides will facilitate the Commercial Licensing and Permissions process to ensure appropriate use of NCCN Content and coordinate the fulfillment of NCCN Guidelines® Flash Cards and Pocket Guides. The Coordinator will also work with the Business Development team to assist with due diligence and implementation of strategic business development and fundraising objectives. Moderate travel may be required. Position is office-based in Plymouth Meeting, PA, with the ability to work remotely two days per week.
Requirements
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate online US and Global Commercial Licensing and Permissions process, including but not limited to licensing agreement development, proofreading submitted materials, coordination of business and clinical permissions review, and invoicing.
- Maintain and manage the Permissions Database to ensure appropriate tracking of requests.
- Coordinate the fulfillment of NCCN Guidelines® Flash Cards and Pocket Guides, in support of BD Specialists and Manager. Liaise with Marketing Team to facilitate Flash Card and Pocket Guide development, maintain fulfillment tracker, and follow-up with customers.
- Input and manage Business Development agreements for Flash Cards/Pocket Guides and Commercial Licensing & Permissions in NCCN Contract Management System to ensure optimal coordination of relevant follow-up, updates/addenda, and invoicing.
- Liaise with the Clinical Information, Business Insights, Marketing, and Accounting departments to fulfill requests for executed agreements.
- Support the development, achievement, management and tracking of revenue goals as set forth on the business development forecasts as needed.
- Support the Business Development teams in the achievement of funding objectives, such as grant and support request submissions as needed.
- Perform other related Business Development activities as assigned.
EDUCATION/RELATED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Prior experience in Marketing/Business Development, Project Management, or Non-Profit Administration preferred; internship experience considered
- Healthcare or pharma/biotech industry experience or equivalent preferred
- Contracting experience a plus
