Processing Specialist:

We are currently looking to hire more Processing Specialists to add to our work family. The Production Department is vital to the daily operations of our company. Processing Specialists work effectively and efficiently to meet daily processing deadlines.

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Opening and sorting of mail and faxes
• Process cash and checks for deposit, including examination for endorsements, validity, and scanning
• Data Entry for various processes
• Assists customer service to resolve issues with customer transactions and accounts
• Limited contact with customers to correct any discrepancies or errors with transactions
• Perform various clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, scanning and filing

Qualified individuals will possess the following qualities:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Data entry skills
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Good organization & time management skills
• Handle stress of daily processing deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel.
