What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Hand/Equip Operator position at National Education?
Looking for a full time operator/farm hand on a growing cattle farm in Delaware Ohio. Must be able to show up on time, do basic maintenance on equipment, and be proficient in the following things to be hired
- Bull dozers
- Self-propelled sprayers
- Commercial spray license (must be willing to get)
- Skid loaders
- Excavators
- Tractors
- grading dirt and stone
- keep a clean workspace
- semi-truck driving/ grain hauling
Items willing to train on
- John Deere guidance systems
- Planting equipment
- Field tile repair
- Cattle work
- Fence repairs
- Hay bailing
- Hay hauling
- Equipment hauling
- Grain dryer
