Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring efficient document management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for team members.
- Support grant management processes, including tracking deadlines and assisting with documentation.
- Conduct research and compile information on relevant topics.
- Assist in organizing virtual and in-person events, meetings, and conferences.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative support role, preferably in a nonprofit or international organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
