We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team in carrying out our mission. If you are a proactive professional with strong administrative and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring efficient document management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for team members.
  • Support grant management processes, including tracking deadlines and assisting with documentation.
  • Conduct research and compile information on relevant topics.
  • Assist in organizing virtual and in-person events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative support role, preferably in a nonprofit or international organization.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience with virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
